case pricing and policy
due to the custom nature of our products, which are carefully crafted with love and care, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not available at this time. however, we do offer a 24-hour cancellation window for all orders.

as these cases represent our art, we reserve the right to decline any requests that fall outside our skill set or that we feel uncomfortable creating. thank you for understanding and respecting our creative process.

• case pricing: our case prices start at $25, reflecting the cost of materials and our labor. for designs that require additional complexity, we reserve the right to adjust pricing as needed.

• art ethics: we will not replicate another artist’s work, as we value originality and ethical practices. however, we can use external designs as inspiration to create something uniquely yours.

returns and exchanges
we do not accept returns or exchanges, as each case is custom-made for you. however, if your case arrives damaged due to the third-party shipping carrier, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. we will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or repair.

forms and notes
to ensure you receive a case that matches your vision, all customers must complete the required forms and include detailed notes about their desired design. this helps us craft your case with the highest level of care and accuracy. incomplete or missing forms may delay production.

shipping and production

• all orders are custom-made and may take 5-7 business days to produce before shipping. delivery times depend on your location and will be provided at checkout.

• we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, but we will do our best to assist with tracking and updates.
